Vestovix may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

Vestovix uses artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) to power certain features, including the natural language stock screener. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated filters and responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misconfigured; • AI outputs are not financial recommendations and should not be treated as such; • The AI system interprets natural language queries and translates them into data filters — the results reflect filter logic, not investment analysis; • AI results should be independently verified before any use in investment decision-making.

Vestovix reserves the right to modify, retrain, or replace AI systems at any time.

You may use the Services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our express written permission; • Use the Services to provide competing financial data services, resell data, or redistribute our content; • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services; • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, database, or account; • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code; • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws; • Impersonate Vestovix, its employees, or any other person or entity; • Use automated tools to generate excessive load on our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

All original content on Vestovix — including but not limited to the platform design, user interface, screener logic, calculator methodology, written analysis, educational content, branding, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Vestovix and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Financial market data (prices, yields, financial ratios, etc.) is provided by third-party data vendors and is subject to their respective terms and restrictions. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercialize such data without the express written authorization of the relevant data provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or create derivative works.

The Services may include links to, or content from, third-party websites, data providers, and services (including licensed market data vendors, financial news sources, and others). Vestovix does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Linking to or framing third-party content does not imply endorsement.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those parties' terms and privacy policies. Vestovix disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VESTOVIX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES; • WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA OR CONTENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, in which case some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VESTOVIX, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES; • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES; • DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANY DATA, TOOL, SCREENER RESULT, CALCULATOR OUTPUT, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT; • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

IN ANY CASE, VESTOVIX'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) CAD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vestovix and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any content or data you submit to the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the applicable arbitration rules of Ontario, Canada. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Investing in securities, cryptocurrencies, commodities, derivatives, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire principal. Markets are volatile and unpredictable. Leveraged products (futures, options, CFDs) amplify both gains and losses. Cryptocurrency markets operate 24/7 and are subject to extreme volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technical risks.

Dividend income is not guaranteed. Companies may reduce, suspend, or eliminate dividends at any time. Yield calculations presented on this platform are based on historical rates and do not guarantee future distributions.
